Visiting from California, stopped here because everything else was crowded. Had to wait close to 30 minutes for our food, there was 3 of us. Is unfortunate because the food wasn’t half bad.
Horrible. The guy got our order wrong when we placed it and had to correct it and the charges. Then after waiting for awhile we finally got our food and left. Upon driving 20 miles back home to realize they still had the order all wrong added stuff we specifically told them not to add and they did anyways. Asked even for chips and salsa and the young man didn't seem to understand. Very unhappy and will not be back again.
I've been to Ronaldo's many times since they opened. I have always had great service & great food. However, I was in Monday & I didn't get what I ordered although I was charged for what I got. Unfortunately, the lettuce that was plunked down on the food was watery which caused the food to be cold & watery at one end. I had to go back up & ask for my drink & my food was served in a to go container even though I said was for here....Kind of disappointed & will try somewhere else next crave for Mexican Cuisine
Foods great, wait time is a little long but good service as well
The food is always good, but it's on the expensive side. I ordered a carne asada burrito, with beans, cheese, and Pico de Gallo, the total was $13.45. the beans, added to the burrito, was $3.25, the cheese was $1.25. That's EXPENSIVE!!! Then add sales tax, in Williams, that's 11.4%
We arrived to Arizona on Friday... have been to about 5 different restaurants... and ... hands down..this place is delicious! The prices are not bad at all.. and the service is fast and very friendly! Totally recommend!
Great food!
Adobada was excellent!
Good bacon breakfast burrito. Just a little expensive at $7.
Good food
Not so good
Delicious and very friendly
Very very good food with options for vegetarians served by very friendly staff.
Not busy but food took half hour. Was. Cold and terrible.
It was okay. Its fast food so if your expecting fine Mexican cuisine you're going to be disappointed. Cali burrito is bomb.
I asked 3 TIMES for No Guacamole and explained I am allergic. Guess what my Tacos are literally submerged in? I am talking FULL ON SOUP with only the corner showing. It was Written on the receipt, (No Guac) but still got my order ruined. And it's to go so I didn't notice till I was way down the road quite a ways. . Just a Sloppy Green mess. Not one single taco out of the 5 was salvageable.
Very good salsa. Fresh.
Authentic. Delicious. Felt at home
Food is expensive. Four of us ordered food. Food arrived one at a time. 15 minutes between food delivery. My daughter after 45 minutes went and asked for her food. They had forgotten hers. She had ordered a quesadilla kids meal. Had to ask for salsas. Horrible service. Only had 2 people working. 1 cooking the other working both drive thru and counter. Food was cold.
Service lacked, ordered a taco plate received no beans but had two portions of rice. At least i could of been told there were no more beans so i maybe could of changed up my order.
Value for the buck. Authentic Mexican staff. Eat in at traditional booths, or outside at picnic tables next to the main Street. Great for people watching, or walking to dozens of craft/souvenir shops.
Ok place
ordered two burritos. one was as dry as the desert and contained 90% chicken and the other was so wet you had to drink it. at least the wet one tasted good. the tortillas were wrapped so bad they were falling apart and i had to wrap them in my own foil, they gave them to me wrapped in just paper.
You know the food is good when you find a hair in it and keep eating it 😂👌
Breakfast burritos are the best!
Well
Cashier was rude, over charge the order, expensive and order plain quesadillas and got chicken. So if you order to go, double check your order.
Food was very bland and tasteless. Not the worst Mexican food and service but a close second. We would have had better at Taco Bell and we are not fans of them either.
The staff was friendly and the food was great. We had shredded beef hard tacos. We ordered they the drive thru. First time we had eaten there and we will.definitely go back.
Excellent Customer Service! I felt like I was with family and friends! Portion size are hardy for me, and I love to eat. Also the salsa muy picante! I highly recommend. ❤️🍽❤️
Great portions good food decent prices
Great food!
A good local place. Big burritos so yummy definitely one of our favorite places to go as locals
Grease tacos and horrible red salsa.
The Chile Rellanos are wonderful, made in a homemade enchilada sauce, made with a puffed light batter which is scrumptious. As of now the, the beans are vegetarian, and hope this continues, although due to price point right now. She uses just the right combination of cheddar and other commercial cheeses to melt consistently, the chips are light, airy and not overly salted. Although the repasados are sweet, not too so, although could lighten the sugar slightly. Always fresh guacamole and pico de gallo. An incredibly hard working family making delicious food with pride for a low price, they are hard to beat. They get far less respect than is deserved. Made a buffet for my friend's birthday quickly yesterday, everyone, many discerning palettes from Tucson and Albuquerque and from California Mexican immigrant farmers, were suitably impressed.
